No breakfast or coffee, I make a big glass of water in the morning and eat lunch around 11.. Works out great because the water holds me over and with the early lunch I crave dinner around 6:30

My ex used to do this. I don't have any clue how a chick could do it much less a dude. Like some said, I eat breakfast, and I'm still starving by 11 or so.

I boil a ton of eggs Sunday night and then use them for breakfast/snacks throughout the week. Real good for you (I trash the yokes), cheap as hell, and easy if you cook them ahead of time in bulk.

I've been eating an apple every morning for a little over a year & drinking Suja juice along with it. I recently added oatmeal with a scoop of peanut butter.

If you're usually on the go, I'd suggest picking up some fruit and a shake of some sort.

Something along the lines of 4-6 egg whites, little onion and bell pepper maybe, couple slices of ham and salsa.

It's usually 2 eggs, a small amount of some other protein mixed in (turkey, Turkey sausage crumbles, shredded chicken, etc.) And a pinch of shredded cheese. I cook it multiple ways and if making an omelet or scrambling I add a little salsa. I also will soft boil the eggs so the yolk is a little runny.
