Sometimes nothing, sometimes greek yogurt with granola, sometimes protein shake, and sometimes eggs. I have the nasty habit that I'm hungry every morning when I wake up, but I never really want the same thing for breakfast. As soon as I go out and buy a bunch of that one breakfast item, I don't want it anymore...

I can't eat anything until i'm awake for 2-3 hours. Guess my appetite just likes to stay asleep longer.

A granola bar of some sort usually but fresh cut watermelon, cantaloupe, or a banana is pretty darn good too imo

I don't have time for sit down breakfast so I usually drink coffee and eat something like this while at my desk:
these are less than a buck per day, taste damn good, and are pretty easy to eat at my desk.

I'll eat 2 or 3 of the following:
-2 boiled eggs
-cottage cheese
-toast with peanut or almond butter and jelly
And OJ and/or milk. It's easy and I feel like a champ going to work.
