I had a good two months where I was in a bad mood and couldn't get certain things off my mind. I joined a rugby team and then did crossfit. I think a community physical outlet that you turn into a hobby is great for the mind, body, and soul.

Sit by a body of water and observe. Could be a half acre pond. Could be the Gulf of Mexico. Doesn't matter. Water makes my troubles go away.

Free, whenever I have a bad day, or if I'm just in a pissy mood, I listen to THIS song..

Ideally, anchor out at Lake Maurepaus for most of a day. Reading, listening to music, drinking, napping swimming and maybe fishing. All by myself.
Also, an intense workout.
If neither if those is doable at the time, square breathing & transcendental meditation I've been trained in since almost 9 years old.
