"He's a pretty good lookin' guy." They have to be A-listers though or else I won't mention it since they're just a regular dude. ie. Brad Pitt, Ryan Gosling, that coach at TTech, etc.

Being a guy, I would say something like thats a good looking dude.
ex: Dicaprio is a good looking cat
eta: You can also add a what can you say at the end. 'That's a good looking dude. What can I say.."

Handsome. Good looking. Pretty hot.
