What do people who don't drink do in the evenings after work?

After work I will typically hang out with my dogs in the back yard and knock down a few beers while smoking a cigar. Most nights I'll have something going on the grill, and I'll usually come in the house around 9 or 10 o'clock. I'll usually go through 6 to 8 lite beers during this time frame.
I've been wanting to cut back on how much I'm drinking and smoking, so over the past week I've cut it out almost completely (I had a few for fathers day). I've found that my evenings are now pretty boring and it makes it difficult to not pick up my old habits, even though I really don't want to. What do you folks who don't drink do to keep yourself entertained in the evenings? Just looking for some ideas to keep me off the beer and smoke.
ETA: The kids are grown and don't live at home any more.

I play with my kids
Why don’t you exercise like taking the dogs for a walk or run?
Read books
Start woodworking
Find a hobby

Exercise, hang out with kids and wife, shuttle them around for activities.

I’ll enjoy video games every now and then, working on a project, and time with the family; or an evening gym session if I missed the lunch session.
It’s not that hard.

It's pretty easy if you have a good wife and kids.

Gym. Eat dinner. Walk the dog. Family time.
Lately I've been playing the new Zelda game with my kid.

Is there some reason you can't play with your dogs and grill out without drinking?

I spend time with my family, have some dinner, watch a little TV, and monitor the greatest website on the internet so that all of you...well, most of you...can remain the best posters in the history of the interwebs.

TV, movies, books, exercise, join a Meetup group, spend time with my family, cook a good dinner or go out to eat with the savings from not buying alcohol

I cook supper, clean up the kitchen, work in the yard, tend my garden, take care of pets, read, shower, do chores, and take care of my elderly parents.

Sorry you need drugs and alcohol to cope with life. Get your life together
