Bingo. This is pretty close to what I see. Except a little more gold than orange. Threw this together in an app pretty quick and that was the closest color to the gold I see.

I am going to post something that should hopefully make both sides feel happy about their life:
Blue and Black people: Your eyes are able to adjust the filiment/contrast in the photo to see the color of the "actual dress" Congrats. That is some good shite from your powerful brains
White and Gold people: Your eyes say frick you brain, im alpha and I refuse to let your bullshite influence me, I am simply looking and discussing the color of the photo at hand. Congrats, your eyes rock and agree with computers when the photo is printed out
