It's not important to understand at all.

It's no secret that kids will run you down and stress you out. If you make the choice to have them, it's your problem, not mine.

True, but you also don't have a right to not be annoyed, so it's important to understand so you don't turn into a bleeding vagina if you don't get your way.

I didn't see the inside of a restaurant for the first 10 years of my life. My mom knew better. The worst is a kid screaming at a restaurant.

They shouldn't be in public.

My 8 yr old daughter help calm down a crazy screaming 4yr old

there is the answer- an 8 year old can fix the problem- if the parents can't then they are worse off mentally than an 8 year old. I am glad I am done with children and mine never acted out like that.

If you have had toddlers you're probably aware that often times there is NOTHING they can do to make a tantrum stop, and drawing more attention or trying to stop it makes it worse? I'm sure you also know said parents want it to stop far more than anyone else does. Surely you know this and therefore apply your sympathy from the memories you have of this difficult time?

Lock them in a hot car with the windows rolled up. If you can't control your kids don't let them ruin other's time, especially in eating establishments.

I understand that they are out of it- but get the child out of the public when that happens. if you don't you are being a bad parent.

I think they should be slapped and their kids need to get their arse whipped.

Then surely you know its possible to remove said screaming child from the situation in order to show some sort of consideration to other people....surely?

Frankly I don't give a shite if my kids are bothering someone else, they can leave if they don't like it.

Lol. Wish we could all control our toddlers as well as you know how! And no, I don't just leave church or leave any establishment because my child decides to be temporarily possessed by Satan. If I did we would leave church within 20 minutes and the grocery store every other time. Luckily because we don't leave or give the tantrum any airtime he has stopped because he realized his batshit crazy antics weren't going to get him what he wants. And the problem is, half the time toddlers don't even know what they want. Something sets them off then they spin out like a top.

I've walked OUT of church (to the back) or brought my child outside at a party when he was acting a fool, but only to "talk" to him, give him a church pinch, and let him calm his arse down. I'm not leaving because you're inconvenienced by something every child does and what you undeniably did as a child.

And we have identified the problem. Your unabashed inconsideration is appalling.

Self righteous folks who sit on their high horses about parenting will inevitably be humbled by their own children at some point. Get over yourselves.

With 100% certainty, your kids did something that bothered people around you on several occasions. Your mental capacity of assuming if you didn't see it, it wasn't there or never happened, is closer to a 3 year old, mentally. Which of course makes your post pretty funny in an ironic way.
