Do both jobs pay the same when factoring in cost of living?
Do you have ties to Baton Rouge (like family, friends, and SO, ect) that keep you here?

-Both pay the same, cost of living is obviously more in MIA.
-All of my friends are in BR and Louisiana, family in Bama. I'm single as can be.
