Eh, the SGA can only make the suggestion. I know some boosters and alumni who will likely tell them to frick themselves and WKU can't afford to lose that money given what the other state schools also pull. And knowing Gov. Bevin he'll pull their funding if they even try (hate the guy but he's all out of fricks to give).
