When they say they are out "hustlin", i'd put good money that its not doing work on a job.

Somewhat racist IMO.
However, the last few people I have seen with EBT have been trashy white folks. One white bitch got so excited about that particular convenient store was accepting food stamps she goes "frick yeah, I'm finna buy some dranks and some cigs baby." I guess her man was happy too.
I just shook my head my walked on. I used to think only blacks abused stamps, but everyone and their mothers do.
