Watch you flush it all away.

What your mother should have done to you when she dropped you into a Walmart toilet.

Some of you bammers to chill out. Nothing has happened yet and other people have been affected by tornadoes other than Alabama fans in the past. Lawdy.

My house is on the river. We have two options. Completely ignore this thread or deal with people who are joking about our lives being destroyed. Just tell us which one to do, because a normal discussion isn't possible and it's not our fault.

Any thread on the OT with Alabama in the title gets fricked to pieces quick like.

Good luck in your quest.

Seems like you are the one that's all worked up over this. If it bothers you so much, why don't you leave the thread?

I'm not on any quest to save shite. Just responding to people in a thread, just like you're responding to me. This thread is pertinent to me.

Schools closing early

Schools closing at 12 in Tuscaloosa County. Probably due to the timing. Storms will be moving through when the kids get out of school at 3. Better safe than sorry.

This isn't just caused by the April 2011 tornadoes. It really started with the tornado hitting Enterprise High School in 2007 and killing 9 people in the school.
Yes schools are probably generally safer places to be during a tornado. As opposed to kids being out on the roads and potentially not actually going home. The schools just don't want to be responsible for something like Enterprise happening again so they try to be proactive.
Also, this storm is supposed to affect the northern half of Alabama. There are fans of every SEC school that will be affected by it so why don't we just leave football and specific schools out of it?
