yea what strange logic. Most of the time i'm taking it off is bc i am sweaty

do you actually do any hard work outside in the heat and come back in?

you magically dont sweat inside your house ever because your AC is so efficient on 90% humidity days it never feels damp inside?

i know a shirt makes me feel way more comfortable and will absorb sweat that i never feel and make me way cooler all the way around.

running around without a shirt on the other hand makes me feel clammy.

This. But I'm single.

When I get home from work, the shoes, socks, slacks and golf shirt come off. Unless I know I'm having company or plans.

I'm the dumbass that cooks bacon without a shirt.

I cant speak to the AC efficency, but i can say that if I come inside with a soaking wet shirt on my very first instinct is to shed it. I also spent many summers running absurd numbers of miles in the heat. You will never convince me that running with any type of shirt on is COOLER than no shirt at all

i have the opposite experience.

i cycle close to 100 miles when i'm out and the kit i'm wearing keeps me virtually sweat-free the entire time. i only sweat on climbs and thats from my head.

the only time i feel sweaty is when i take it off.

then i put on a tshirt & feel way better.

are you wearing wool shirts?

it truly doesn't matter what shirt. Of course I prefer my under Armour shirts when I am wearing a shirt but even then its only good bc it is the closest thing to having nothing on.

ok to each their own. for me nothing makes me feel more cool and comfortable than a fresh cotton tshirt.

90% of the time I have a shirt on unless I'm in the shower, pool, or sex.

Other than sleep 90%

I will however change into some sort of basketball/athletic shorts within about 3 minutes of arriving home if I think I'll be there for more than an hour or two.

100% of the time other than showering. I can't even sleep with no shirt on. Every time I try I toss and turn until I give in and put one on.

Depends if I'm cutting or bulking.

During cutting cycles or at the end, I try to show off with one off.

First thing I do when I get home is shed the slacks and dress shirt. Throw on some old gym shorts and just wear an undershirt. No shirt to sleep in, and depending on what day it is, when I get up the next day I may not wear anything but gym shorts for hours. In the winter, I have a fleece robe that I'd rather wear than a shirt.
