Uh no not the case at all, I'm truly not upset at anyone's view. Do what you want. But following traditional salutations is not always bad even if you don't understand why. Do you not shake hands with someone, or hug a family member. All of these are traditional forms of greetings. My position is being courteous is something that makes life nicer. So why not.

Would you wear a cap to church?

I wouldn't, but I also don't go to church and dont see the point in going. I also wouldn't wear a hat if it was dress code. But if not I'm just going to jump out if the shower and throw a cap on. Why do people care? I think tattoos are trashy, but I don't go up to people and say you are trash and are obviously not raised rt because you have a tattoo. It doesn't bother me. Someone wearing a hat shouldn't bother you.

This argument is dumb, I bet most of you wear lsu hats inside the stadium and in front of women and elders while tailgating. I don't see u guys taking ur hat off when introducing ur self to people. Stop being hypocrites.

I personally hate it when people assume you had a bad upbringing because you wear a hat indoors. Huge pet peeve of mine.

Not to mention judgmental people who think they are better than the rest of us because they remove their hat while inside.

Those people live miserable lives, and should focus more on themselves rather than others.

Other than that, IDGAF, because what others do is none of my business.

I see your point, but also some are legitimately courteous. I was not programmed, just know pleasant is better than pissed off.
Believe me nothing is worse than some dick weed who has the smiling back patting and politeness down and who is a douche bag. So yes we agree I would prefer just ok in the courtesy dept. and real than have someone with their game down and be a poseur.

I don't care.

Doesn't mean it's not trashy, though

Well shaking hands is not what most people do in fact. More of a western thing. I hug some family members, not all.

Another sign of poor breeding are people who look like they just rolled out of bed in an airport. I'm not asking you to wear a suit to fly, but wearing a pair of gray sweatpants is just disgusting. I see this among all ages, races and income types. This is the breakdown of formality that is killing our country.

Wearing sweat pants on public is disgusting.

Unless you are a chick and they are skin tight.

This annoys me too, but it isn't as bad as the Mmmhmm's I hear more and more frequently.
