Of course he was out on bail
I was happy to hear at least 1 of the victim impact statements & the judge herself call out the fact he was out on a terribly low bond for basically trying to kill Erika Patterson at the time of the incident
ETA: and I mean it was done in open court & on the record

Time for the scum sucker's new Cell Block mates to TAKE OUT THE MISERABLE TRASH

Never forget that these people were murdered because of what the Potato said in his "speech".

Delphi will be interesting but will be a while before it goes to trial.
Boone and Schabusiness will be good as well if they ever make it to trial.
Bitches be crazy, baws.

He was put on suicide watch in isolation after the jury found him guilty. I suspect he is there again for some time. He also said he wasn't afraid to die in court during one of his tirades, I believe.

Not sure if this was posted yet, but the beard guy (whose mother was killed by Brooks) is the same man who yelled "burn in hell you piece of shite" when the verdict was read:

I'm surprised he was the only family member or victim who yelled out during any part of this trial.

This guy would do anything for 5 minutes alone with Brooks. And I do wish he could have gotten chance

So this guy just got sentenced to a millennium in jail. Why is he in another hearing?

Brooks had other charges not related to the Parade. I figured they are going to dismiss them as Brooks already has 800 years to serve.

I'm always surprised the victim's family members aren't constantly having to be restrained and quieted for yelling. I've got a broken pool cue that's jagged and sharp as shite, I've always thought someone could sneak something like that into a courtroom and take out a murderer. I'm kind of surprised stuff like that doesn't happen often as well

Hes back in court again. Apparently trying to get his fort boxes.

Would be so much better for everyone if they just took this piece of shite behind the court house and put a 22lr to the back of his head. It will cost the states taxpayers millions to keep this shite bag behind bars for the rest of his worthless life.

Ditto.

Good luck trying to write out your appeals with a golf pencil on loose leaf paper and dictating it to your POS mama over a collect call.

He's on suicide watch and in isolation again. He said they took away everything including his hygiene.
