Okay what kind of idiot would want to buy a "off-road" vehicle, and then try to increase top end speed?Seems you would rather a low end torque upgrade rather than being able to slowly crawl to 135 mph.

If you have the money and this is serious, you want a turbo charger, maybe two small ones. Or you can keep it, and take the money and go buy a new truck or a sports car like a vette that will give you your speed fun.
