Looks like they cut an hour off the show too. The new timeslot says 5:30-9:00. They used to go until 10. I wonder if that had something to do with them switching stations.

I don't think he has his own show- yet- buy he fills in space between songs/commercials with his blowhard ignorant jabbering in the afternoons on 98.1.

It wasn't Obama that killed that show, though it was the final slide. It was when Walton's son died. His demeanor changed and he just became increasingly bitter, and bitter isn't funny.

Right, I agree with you completely. I remember him going on and on about chemotherapy being poison and railing on doctors and pharmaceutical companies. I think his son was only 18 or 19 when he died, so I'm sure it sucked, but the guy should have taken some time off to get his mind right.
The constant bitching about Obama, Clinton and illegals got old as well.

I enjoyed their show. In the 1990s. Then they moved to Texas and decided immigration was the only thing worth talking about. All the voices had the same personality and opinions, just in a different voice. Got dumb.

Nah, as I recall Isaak said he was dating some chick and Condon asked him an intimate question about her. IsAak got pissed and said he'd whip his arse ect. Caught it live some how. Was 20 or so yrs ago now.

This is why I stopped listening. I have a gay guy, a black man, and a redneck with identical opinions. It used to be a South Park type satire where everything got made fun of.

I probably stopped listening a few months after his son died, I guess it was 06 or 07. Show really took a bad turn, and from what most people are saying it kept getting worse after Obama win in 08'. Really enjoyed the show back in the day.

I would rather they just play their usual music if it saves the airwaves from Condon's obnoxious blathering. And I HATE the music they play.
