Albertson's isn't the ones specifically targeting a few of the AG stores right now. WM is specifically targeting properties near Leblanc's and Carter's for development of the neighborhood markets - they're doing it in Dehnam, Prairieville, Gonzales, and likely to a couple of the stores in Tangi & St. Tammany.

frick Wal Mart.

So, frick them for putting their business where people want to shop? fricking assholes with their smart business plans, competivie prices, and incredible return policy.

Due to the context clues you've given, I bet I know which family you come from. I hope Walmart puts all those overpriced stores out of business. If mom and pop stores refuse to be competitive, screw them.

You're welcome to hire them at a higher wage. I'm sure they would appreciate it.

I got a Roku for $98. I tried to show them a Walmart ad, from their own website, and they would not let me use it. It was $10 less, $89. They would not use it. This was maybe three months ago.

Oh I see, it was effective the 14th

'm not saying local businesses are not a great thing, but don't act like Wal-Mart is the only company that hurts local business. If you're going to knock wal-mart knock every other national retail company.

I honestly believe large retailers are killing America. And I have yet to hear an argument that they aren't. They killed customer relations, they kill local economies, they killed customer and company loyalty. It's systematic and brutal.

I'm not related to any of the business owners out here, a few people here can vouch for that.

frick them for being so damned greedy that even though they've established their "super centers" all over the world they feel the need to put more businesses under by opening these markets that have been part of families and communities for decades - then shutting them down after the independents are out of business just to cause more people to become unemployed. Very admirable of them, but yeah - they offer part time jobs with no benefits and treat their employees like shite, kind of like running a canned food drive in the store for the stores employees.

know someone that did this at academy for golf clubs for years, and you don't even need to bother creating fake Amazon listings, just Photoshop a screen grab of a website and change the price
