I'm hearing about incredible deals to be had on their cars because of the emission testing. Anyone hear familiar with this or bought one. There are articles on the net for leases as cheap as 99/mo.

Makes sense.
Lock the customer into a lease, get them back in the door in 2017 when everybody has forgotten about this.
