Idiot.

quote:

A Florida man thought he was acting heroically, but as it turns out, he jumped the gun.

Michael Foster, 43, thought the worst when he spotted a man walking into a Walmart with a handgun holstered under his coat.

As you can see from the store's video above, Foster tackled the man from behind and put him in a chokehold.

According to a witness, 62-year-old Clarence Daniels pleaded with Foster to let him go, telling him he had a license to carry the weapon.

When police arrived, they confirmed that Daniels did have a permit to carry the gun, and Foster was arrested on a count of battery.

Police advise concerned citizens to call law enforcement, not take matters into their own hands.

Searched, and went back to 1/19. Did the previous thread get whacked or something?

He should take this as a lesson in the importance of what we use to call situational awareness. This guy could have took his own gun from him and killed him with it. Simply having a pistol is not enough if you're oblivious to your surroundings.

That's right. He should've been on high alert inside Walmart.

Don't remember which board but believe it was posted yesterday.

Anyway, when are we going to get a FL board? Too many retards down here to not have it's own board.

Never said that. You don't have to walk around everywhere like you're in some dark alley. Just pay attention to who's around you and what is going on.

Well at least he's trying, unlike the rest of you Monday morning quarterbacks. I bet Batman didn't start off batting 100% either, there's a learning curve to vigilanteism just like everything else. He'll get it next time.
