Right... It's amazing how the VA shite a wheelchair once this story went National.

So what do you think happened? The employees at his local VA office were hiding one for a special occassion or some VA big wig heard about it and had it handled ASAP? I'll go with the latter.

Look, if I have had an issue with a client for 2 years and it hasn't been solved...someone way up the organizational chain knows about it. If that isn't the case here then that's on all employees.

Nope, they just cover it up when they break them and give those that break them 6 figure bonuses.
