It's pretty obvious...
Had it been one person that would be a different story, but two people don't have a medical emergency right next to each other.

We need a human sterilization program in this country. Start handing out $5k per vasectomy in the ghetto or just euthanizing the poor. I'd gladly pay taxes for either.

Yes they were assholes, but after seeing the video, I'm not sure what else they could have done. 911 had already been called and I assume these people didn't know how to administer CPR.
