I just heard him say take a walk, grab at one dude, toss the other dude who got in between and then slam the dude he grabbed at. There was no "get your hands behind your back" until he had slammed him. Are people just to magically know they are under arrest or being detained? Like I said if he told him he was arresting them then no biggie but I sure didn't hear it.

Just going off first look.
It's a clean and legal arrest but it was getting barely thin close to excessive force but the Trooper managed to get away from that line and did a just barely decent job of getting his temper back in control.
