If you are dumb enough to get in a fight in a street, you need to be prepared to face the consequences.
If you dont want to be punched, dont be trashy enough to get in a fight.
So in the opinion of you, he should have tapped the guy on the shoulder first, and given him an equal opportunity to hit him?

It's a news story. The writer was showing how the weekend had a dramatic turn of events for this guy. It was in no way hard to read and understand what happened.

He's kinda got a point. Street fights are straight trash and trash have no rules.
I think he's saying it's a sucker punch, but it's par for the course with trash street fights.

IF you are fighting, then you are fighting. Sucker punches aren’t ‘sucker punches’ if you aren’t already involved in the mix. Don’t get in a fight with a group and not expect a friend to step
if you are getting in a drunk street fight with my friend I’m getting involved. The only times I’ve stayed out was two friends fighting over a girl or something only involving them
