I'm wondering that too. Mine came in yesterday and I filled the dropper that came with it about half full and put that under my tongue. I let it sit there a while and then swallowed it. I think a lot of people use droppers from walgreen's,etc, but I think some just drop 4-5...7-8 drops from the dropper it comes with.

I use a dropper full every other day (dropper in bottle). I had to quit doing push-ups because my tripod took over.

Been using it for 3 years. I used to burn quite a bit every summer. This has helped tremendously with that. There are side effects. Some are great, and some that aren't so great. If you look at studies done with this stuff, it's pretty promising in preventing skin cancer.
