are drum brakes still being used on regular automobiles?
back in the day, i worked at an auto parts place and i used to turn drums & rotors on the brake lathe. i was never taught properly how to do it, so there's no telling how many deaths i caused due to faulty brakes.

My 2013 Tacoma has drums in the rear. It's not uncommon.

Still happening with lower line chevy trucks and corollas civics etc.

My 04 has discs all around, but the 3/4 and 1-tons switched over before the 1/2 ton
