I have free rooms at both as well from playing in Tunica, been thinking about making the trip.
The Bally's in Tunica might be the worst casino/hotel in the country.

That's Fremont Street
Cousin Eddie Crowd is found downtown and at places like Circus Circus, Palace Station and the Excalibur
I'd say Harrah's and Bally's are more suburban middle class types

Bally's old tower was originally the MGM Grand. They had a deadly fire there in 1980 before the property was sold to Bally's, and the new MGM Grand was built.
