I can see that if you're dining, drinking, gambling for two. Guess they felt like they were getting taken advantage of and wanted people to spend some money.

I plan on winning enough to pay for my trip at least. Probably make some money. I'm pretty businesslike when I hit that casino floor

While Vegas at NYE is not cold, it's not nearly warm enough for me to go out of my to visit for NYE.

You are about 18 degrees of latitude too far North for my taste for travel at NYE. Think more USVI-ish for me.

Have fun there if that's your thing.
