It wasn't numb enough. I watched the doc pull out the tubes and didn't give a shite. 12 hours later I was sore as hell with ice pack on me nutz and whiskey in my hand

Wasn’t to bad worst part was the awkwardness of another dude fondling my junk.
Had mine done 8 years ago after our third kid and was the best thing i ever did. Being able to bust a nut with no worries is an amazing feeling.

Most guys wait and have it done in March. It's a painful procedure and one must rest at home to recover. So most guys pick March so they are off work and watch March Madness. Not kidding, it's true.

I used Dr. Walker. Great. Surgery was fast and furious though.

Such bullshite. You don't need IV sedation. What a pussy.

I mean it wasn't my choice really. Only way my urologist (top rated in my city) does them. It was nice to be asleep during the procedure

Your doctor was incompetent, myself and 7-8 other guys I know really well all used the same doc. We all had the same experience, little to no discomfort during the procedure, and little to no did comfort or swelling afterwards.

Took the Valium with a cocktail before going in. First tube took 5 minutes. He had issues finding the second tube. Had to numb me up again. Recovery was nothing. I have had much worse dental procedures.

This. The shots hurt but were over quick. The actual procedure felt excruciating and I almost puked. Good luck.

The doctor’s visit is the worst part, the exam. However I had a friend who had the procedure, and they numbed everything above his neck, where he could not speak or move, but he could feel everything below his waist. So could feel the entire surgery ... yet he could not cry out or stop them. As horrible as it is this still makes me laugh.

Don’t understand how seemingly intelligent people can’t grasp the difference between a vasectomy and castration.

Cost me about $700 at the time with insurance. Of course had I been a woman or sealing to be a tranny it would have been a copay

Got it done on Friday, played golf on Sunday. Had to skeet in a cup a couple weeks later, last I thought about it. My x was a super count on birth control. Had my two kids and done breeding. Recommend for anyone. Should be mandatory for some but the world is not a perfect place.

I never went back with the cup of jizz to get tested. So far, so good.

I know someone who had a baby many years after her husband's vasectomy (and yes, the baby was his.)

Best to check out your plumbing before a rare accident like the above happens.
