We just received a prime day shipment from USPS. It wasn't important, so we just contacted Amazon about yesterday. Replacement should be here today. To bad it just showed up.
Guess ill see what Amazon wants to do with the replacement.

I disagree, especially from the business side.. Regionally, the postal service is cheaper and in many instances, quicker. UPS is expensive and consumers dont want to pay for shipping. Unless you are a major online dealer who has the capacity to work your pricing with UPS, you are better suited using USPS

Lucky I came to this thread.
I ordered a item off eBay and according to the tracking number, it was delivered to my mailbox yesterday. Checked my mail this morning and no package at all, nothing on my front or back porch either. I go up to the post office to see about it and the clerk gives me the "oh, it says it was delivered yesterday but here is your carriers phone number. It's best to call her tmmw morning before 8:15."
Luckily the supervisor was there and I spoke to her and she looked up the coordinates where my package was scanned by my carrier was at and it wasn't my address. So they are looking into it and gonna give me a call or whatever.
I already called Paypal and they basically said they couldn't do anything because it was marked as delivered.
If usps can't get it together by this afternoon, I'll just call my CC company up and file a claim...
This sucks

About 2/5 of the letters I have mailed through USPS have either not made it to the destination, or made it there weeks late. I just FedEx them now.
The tracking system USPS uses shows when they pick it up and when they deliver it. After its delivered, it'll then show you the full tracking route. Completely useless.
And the mail lady maced my dog through the fricking fence
