Using Abreva for cold sores.

I used Abreva yesterday because I started feeling that tingle on my lip and could see a bump forming. I immediately went to Walgreens and bought some Abreva and applied it. The bump is still there, but it's not nearly as bad as it was yesterday 
I caught that b*tch in time. This is the only FDA approved medicine for cold sores.

They aren't uncommon for us bikers. The good news is you can pop a couple blisters and you won't need any KY.

Carmex is supposed to alleviate cold sores. I dunno if it does help, but it will make them shiny and more noticeable. It's like cold sore highlighter! Maybe they could come up with an arrow that heals cold sores.
