In all seriousness, the USAF would be able to respond first with air strikes.

We fight in 3:1 ratios in a straight up fight or 1:2 or 1:3 in a mobile defense. With those ratios and assuming they'd have a pretty big force ready for a decent gunfight, it'd take a while to maneuver into position to start our process of killing some Commies.

This is a rediculous scenario as others have stated. One example is that you are wondering about when we mobilize apaches and tanks to defeat a force that slipped into our borders undetected which means they are lightly armed and have no support. Call the local cops, those fools have MRAPS now and are usually kitted out like a TOC ranger that spent too much time on ranger joes.

Seattle is a huge Navy port also, so if they missed an invasion, we're fricked anyway

The Navy yard isn't in Seattle but it's fairly close. Point stands though.
