Hmmm... you're in Baton Rouge. No restaurant or movie. Its hot as hell outside. If you can go during the day, take her down to NOLA to the Museum of Art or the WWII exhibit.
Someone said Zoo. not a bad idea. either in BR or NOLA. Then there is aquarium. Look at it this way, if you havae to drive to NOLA, you still get to know each other a little. She will probably think you are a little cultured, which is not a bad thing.
Of course, there is always Blue Bayou.
What about some plantation home tours?

She will be a fat frick again as soon as you start dating for a long period of time and she gets comfortable. Look at her mom. That is always a good gauge. On a positive note, I'm sure she sucks a wonderful dick.

I have a couple comments:
1. If she used to be big even though she's lost weight she probably still looks bad naked(loose skin/untoned/etc)
B. She'll likely be fat again if she attaches to someone she feels comfortable with

1. The loose skin really only happens in the morbidly obese category. She'll probably have some stretch marks but I doubt loose skin.
B. Doesn't always happen but we'll see how it goes after this kid pops out.
