If she applied for a job at my company, I would honestly have no idea who she is....so either she has really crappy qualifications or some personality flaws.

She only has a bachelor's degree. She was damn near a dean as a black woman. She was running academic programs, was a visiting distinguished scholar/professor and taught a variety of classes. All with a bachelor's. But white people can't get away with that. You typically need a minimum of a Master's degree (just to teach freshman level survey courses) and usually a PhD to do the things she was doing.
Once they found out she was white, she lost all that privilege.
ETA: my wife is an academic and served in various capacities with her. She says she was dumb as a box of doughnuts but being black legitimized her and no one could question her. Goes to show you how people in Congress like Maxine Waters and that idiot from Houston can be in leadership roles despite having IQs of 80.

Baldona, read my edit. She is an idiot and doesn't have the mental capacity to be an effective administrator. And everyone here in the Spokane area knows it. And now that she's white, she doesn't get a free pass.
She could get a job though. It might not be at a university because she's burned those bridges but there's no way she can't get a job at Walmart or Costco out something. She's just looking for a handout.

It's crazy how society will let people pretend to be other genders, and even feed into their delusions by calling them brave.
