You're kinda stuck.

My first piece of advice would've been to at least act like you give a damn about your employees but I suspect you don't. So forget about that because they'll see right through you.

So you're an a-hole. Just accept it and do your best to stay out of their way. Why don't you assign someone you trust and who can stand your presence to be your mouthpiece? That way your message is getting out but it's coming from someone that the employees actually like.

But don't try to fake it. A-holes can't change their stripes. Just play to your strengths. Delegate so that your word comes from someone they get along with.
