Two Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Deputies Shot...

...serving warrants in south Monroe.
This makes 3 officers in the last 24 hours in Louisiana.
Don't worry though, Ouachita DA Jerry Jones is on the scene. I'm sure the suspect is sweating so he will be fine.

As of 8 min ago they have the suspect in custody. KNOE has not put any pictures up, cannot confirm sweat yet.

Lived in Monroe for 4 years after I graduated college. That place really opened my eyes to exactly how poor and defective large parts of a city can actually get. And growing up in BR that is saying something.
