Granted, I'm married w/kids so in reality #2 is a no go so it would be #1, but i'm trying to play the game the way you should solely evaluating the 2 options for what they are.
#1...no chance, i'm not living without internet. #2 obviously would suck, but I'd have internet, so there's that!

I just assumed my previous ex even though she was never technically a girlfriend, we had a thing for a few months, so I went with that one for this hypothetical.
The funny thing is she was crazy as frick, so living with her with her parents may actual be benficial for our relationship...not that it would have been worth it, but just saying

Well my ex wife's mother lives in St Croix and is about to get blasted by a Cat5 and will be without internet and power for the foreseeable future, so I'll have to go with 1 because 2 gives me the combo.
