ACV is going to become part of this GMT every day.
Welcome to the club!

Braggs is probably the best but the Kirkland brand is a damn fine runner-up and a lot more economical.

Times have changed. We used to discuss whiskey like this instead of ACV

While we’re at it, a daily probiotic acidophilus pearl is highly recommended. Order off Amazon. Immense benefits.

Probiotics are something we’ve used since we adopted our son from Russia as an infant. They gave all the babies in the orphanage there Kefir daily and his stomach had issues adjusting to food here. When we finally learned that months later, we started giving his probiotics and kefir daily and that helped immensely. The whole family has taken probiotics since.

Going to chug ACV daily to prevent another kidney stone bc that’s the much better option.

Several people told me that the Crystal Light Lemonade packets do the same. I was told to drink one a day after my kidney stone issue a couple of months back.

Citrate is an effective kidney stone inhibitor. The citrate content in Crystal Light Lemonade is remarkable. A liter contains around 20mEq of citrate, which is the same quantity frequently recommended to persons with kidney stones who take potassium citrate.

My nephrologist told me to drink around 100 oz., per day, of fluids, so that I wash any potential kidney stones through.

My kidneys average function is 31% and I don't get stones.
