Even with statistical data showing a realtor will average seller more money?
All my buyers sign a 3% compensation agreement on any house they buy. They understand out the gate that if a seller is not offering compensation, then they are responsible to honor that agreement. Usually when I show a FSBO the seller agrees to pay my commission, and usually allows another broker to do their side of paperwork for a small fee, cheaper than attorney, and the contract is air tight.
Might want to go this route.
