so he was not a "trusty" trustee?

Deltra Henderson,

His convictions:

Distribution of cocaine - 10 years concurrent
Attempted armed robbery - 30 years concurrent
Aggravated burglary - 30 years concurrent

should have just gotten warnings.

Henderson and the girl left in a vehicle taken from the prison grounds but wrecked not far away. Henderson returned to the prison property to get another vehicle and that's when he encountered authorities.

I can't even imagine what the parents are feeling right now. I can't imagine the terror she must have felt in her last moments alive. Death was too easy for the TPOS.

Trustee or trusty

Trusty is the right term, not 'trustee'.... trustee is an individual given obligations to administer over something, a trusty is a prisoner with extra privledges.

fricking animal.

I had a criminal defense attorney tell me once, "If you knew what was walking around you every day in public, you'd never leave your house."

According to Merriam-Webster Dictionary, my usage is the correct one.
