I say true, service is also slow and food is mediocre

What do you expect? It is the busiest day of the year in the restaurant business. Of course service will be slower than on a normal day.

The food quality is usually lacking. Because of the high volume, there is a limited menu and most that food is prepared in advance.

My wife's family wanted Cracker Barrell on Thanksgiving. It was as bad as any I have seen.
