Damn that sucks. I am a huge fan of Montgomery Gentry. They are usually at the Kentucky Derby every year. They are a very popular group

I couldn't have told you a Montgomery Gentry song off the top of my head but after a few minutes on YouTube I recognize a half dozen or more. Some of their songs were big hits. If you listened to a country station in the last 20 years you know them.
Their music is pop country but not the school girl yeti tailgate back road bro country BS that is mostly on the radio nowadays.
Sad to hear he died at such a young age. They will be missed.

Ok I know Carrie Underwood.
I thought the Blake Shelton guy was just a reality show dude on the Voice or something, didn't know if he was a country signer but I've never watched that show.
Don't know who Brad Paisly is.
I think I've heard the name Tim McGraw because he is married to someone famous I think.

I don't think it was, he died on his way to the hospital whereas the pilot was killed instantly
