Gang initiation to go into a house and kill everyone there?
Initial reports say that the victims flashed their high beams at the the killers while they met in traffic on Earhart and the gangbangers were honor-bound to kill them.

What facts are you using to make your case that BR>>NOLA?

My ongoing conversation with Sid was about crime.

No it wasn't. SID made a comment that NOLA>>BR and you said that the facts don't back that up. Nothing about crime was mentioned.

So my question is, what facts are you using to make a case that Sid is wrong?

This is why Shreveport/Bossier is the best part of the state. fricking shitholes in south Louisiana are ruining the respectable image that North LA has built for itself.

Bossier, maybe. Shreveport, not so much. It's always near the top of the list in murder rates too.

I'm not sure you understand how a message board works.

The discussion was about why you tried to deflect attention about BR shittiness onto NOLA when a poster said BR = Detroit in anther thread.

The crime is bad in both places. Crime is a symptom of other underlying causes. NOLA has crime and a lot of poverty. BR does also.

Right now, you could not pay me to live in BR because in my mind NOLA>>BR.

Yes WSJ ranks NOLA #4 and BR #7 in murder capital rankings.

I wonder how they would fare in other quality of life ranking. I am confident NOLA would be ranked well ahead of BR in most if not all other quality of life rankings.

Sorry, didn't realize you deflected from our crime discussion to quality of life. You may be a little overconfident here too:

Per U. S. News and World Report:

B. R. #63

N. O. #95

You should add that it took place in a ghetto in New Orleans East behind a tire shop next to the river. If that doesn't scream drug trade...

NOLA people think it's so great. BR people don't think BR is great. NOLA people hate facts and think the city is one of the tops in the nation...it's laughable. The tourists don't even respect NOLA they come because they think they can get drunk, see tits, and piss all over the place...nobody thinks that way when visiting NY or SF

Yeah all my Nola peeps say "Dude move here! You can do..." and then list 50 things at best I have no interest in and at worst I actively hate. I'm boring I reckon.

Im not concerned about getting murdered in either city.

I do like living near LSU though.

So you're saying New Orleans was better in the 60's and 70's than it is today? yeah, you're an idiot

Btw, Im curious, any idea who's forcing the 12 million plus visitors into the city every year?
