In a deal that closed today, the comedian bought a three-bedroom duplex at Stella Tower which had been listed for $11.495 million with Chris Poore and Eyal Dagan of Sotheby’s International Realty. Designed in the 1920s by architect Ralph Walker, the art deco tower on 50th street was recently converted to condos by JDS Development Group and Property Markets Group. ‘The Daily Show’ host Trevor Noah has purchased a duplex in Stella Tower, a Midtown Manhattan building designed in the 1920s by architect Ralph Walker., Mr. Noah’s new apartment is about 3,600 square feet with a roughly 930-square-foot wraparound terrace, according to the listing. The living room, dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms are on the lower level; the upper floor contains the master bedroom and the terrace.
