My house was flooded and I have flood insurance, and can repair. A few family friends didn't and literally lost everything. For the interim I'm trying to rent a travel trailer, modular building (or multiples) or whatever to set up on my acre. Anyone ever hear of or know if such a thing exists. Thanks.

You're going to get a lot of FEMA trailer answers in this thread.

I'm sure such a thing exists, just don't know where. Maybe try calling some of the camper dealers that are located along I-12 and see if they rent them. If not, I bet they may know who does.

You can rent RVs and travel trailers all over the place. Search Google. I looked a few weeks back, and there are a bunch of places and some people even rent out their personal ones

I wasn't being a dick, just saying I'm sure you'll get some smartass answers.

FEMA trailer lot in Port Barre. Next to King's truck stop on 190. Hundreds of trailers.Should be available before too long.

I used to drive by there frequently when travelling on business. What is going on? FEMA paying rent to store them? If so, why? They can never be reused.
