Hypothetical here, but what if you got a ticket or 2 in the mail and you don't pay them and then a cop pulls you over for speeding and he notices that you have unpaid tickets when he types your license info in his car computer. Can this happen? Would you go to jail for outstanding tickets? Just curious.

I'm not sure if the cops have this information. If this was the case in Nola a lot of folks being pulled over will be going to jail.
