Tracy Morgan came into the Best Buy I worked at about 10 years ago. I told him he was great in Undercover Brother. He was not amused.

So basically you are saying anyone who has ever been at fault in an accident was clearly never fit to drive. Further that someone hiring them should somehow be able to predict the future or tell from an interview that they may possibly make a mistake on the road one day and assume all liability for any split second accidental mistake that person might make?

I just can't get on board with that kind of thinking.

vicarious liability is not a new concept. it's been around in common law for like 300 years and i think in some form or fashion since at least justinian in civil law
