"When you have a traumatic brain injury it takes a very long time to find out how you're going to do and how much you're going to recover," Morelli said. "You just don't know. So that's where he is. He's still fighting and trying to live his life at the same time and trying to get better, and he's just not better. We're hoping and praying to get him back to where he was. But the jury's out."

Yea, it's a sad situation but that statement coming from his typical slimeball lawyer is a bunch of bs posturing.

Bottom line, if a driver was violating Wal Mart policy and injured someone that makes millions per year... if said injury impedes their opportunity to earn money, then Wal Mart should pay.

Bring back another season of 30 Rock, make Tracy the main character, just follow TJ around with a camera all day. Wouldn't even need a script now.

Wait, his client gets crushed by a truck and by all accounts could have died and suffered brain damage, yet the lawyer is a "slimeball" by representing his client's interests?

How dare an attorney release a statement on behalf of the client concerning the client being hurt by a negligent party.

Slimeball.

I think there was some kind of preliminary hearing today. WalMart's attorneys are trying to place partial blame on Morgan and his friends because they weren't wearing seat belts.

It seems many Right leaning types are possessed or more concerned with multi -billion dollar corporations than a wronged victim.

A DuPont plant accident in Texas recently killed 4 or 5 people & within the first several posts knuckleheads were calling for tort reform.

Didn't give a damn about the deaths, but obssessing over the billion dollar corporations liabilty

They have been trained well.

That smells like Democratic Underground.

Most posters on this right of center message board appear to sympathize with the victim. Most people everywhere seem to.
