Conditions across central Oklahoma have actually become more conducive for a stronger tornado over the past couple of hours. The rotation SW of Mustang, OK (SW of OKC) could really do something here shortly.

If there wasn't so much HP this storm would've been started, velocities are 100 mph+, but the precip is cutting them off as soon as they form. On the other hand all this rain is causing flooding which is blocking a bunch of the chasers in.

I understand that maybe he's doing it to portray the violent nature (or in the case of this small spin up lack thereof) to those at home who don't really know much about tornados. But for someone who is supposedly an expert in their field, I think tossing around EF ratings is unfortunate.
