Gardere.

Buy out everyone that lived there.

Raze it to the ground.

Start over.

I would probably already have most material things I want already, or I would by them when I felt like it. I wouldn't need Christmas as an excuse. I would just donate some money to some charity or something.

A nicely outfitted Gulfstream G650 and a few mountain "cabins" to fly between.

Something like this. Though charity is boring. I would give money away in the most fun possible way i could think of.

Probably nothing, as I'd pretty much have anything I ever wanted. I'd prolly just do something nice for somebody.

I'd build a massive no-kill animal shelter where dogs and cats could live until they were adopted. And if not adopted, they could just live out their lives there.

I would spend my money on experiences like vacationing in the Alps or in some beautiful Pacific Island in my private yaught.

I would spend a lot of money renovating neighborhoods street by street, block by block, where I could (for me, my passion projects would be Central City and 6th Ward in New Orleans and Old South Baton Rouge (aka the Bottom))

I would also buy toys and Christmas meals for 100s of children.

One of the nice private islands in the Keys.

Then I would buy a chunk of land in the SE and build a private race track.

I deserve both.
