Tom and Gisele divorce rumors. Could this be because of the Affleck nanny pic?

Didn't he have twins with Monihan after they actually broke it off and he started dating Gisele? All this from a guy who was so worried about being drafted he thought he'd probably go sell insurance for a living if he didn't get a shot...
